To all those who know Berlin really well.
What do you think about the area called [b]Neukoelln?[/b]

Celebrate diversity!
Well, the thing is that there is a nice opportunity to buy a flat there,
price-wise, but I've never been to Berlin long enough to know well
how Neukoelln does.
It is an investment, so if they place is full with [CENSORED] immigrants
of the type that create social tension, like in the gettos of[CENSORED],
and the place is full of smelly, dirty [CENSORED] restaurants, then I
guess the selling price is well explained and I will back off.
I will see when I go there, but opinions are very useful to know what to
expect.

Unless you get murdered or raped.
Maybe darvlay can explain it to you, since Toronto is such a wonderful city now because of the culturally diverse immigration policies Canada has allowed.
Originally posted by Sam The ShamYep, murders and rapes all over the place. I can't even walk the streets without someone pistol-whipping me with a glock or an AIDS-infested penis. So instead, I just lock myself inside and rant on about those damn "minaurities" on the internet. Works for me.

Originally posted by darvlayIndeed. Toronto does have the highest crime rate in Canada, doesn't it?

Originally posted by Sam The ShamLast I heard, the highest crime rate in the country was in Saskatoon and Regina in Saskatchewan. I would gather it's like that because people there have nothing better to do. No culture, you see.
OK, darv, what Canadian city does have the highest crime rate?
Go back to your shack and live your life in fear of what you don't understand, Dodger. I don't mind. The world is better off with the small-minded cowards in the shadows.

Why? Tell us. You're so aware, you must know. Are they stupid or something?
Give us the links that show that to be true, versus Toronto's statistics. I'd like to educate myself.
Don't dodge the issue.
