I am not sure if you are talking about the "Bezirk" (borough) or the "Ortsteil" (subdistrict) - most likely the borough -, but in any case you'd probably need to know a more exact location to get a better idea about the place and whether it's worth investing there. Judging from the German W ...[text shortened]... n are still or have become problem zones, but those can be limited to one street or block.
Are there some sort of Police kiosks in Germany where I can go and get information from police officers about their impression of the area?
