I've had no problems with it. But then again I work in IT, so there aren't that many problems I can't get around somehow.

In my opinion, Vista's not worth the price M$ are charging for it (even the Ultimate version). It's just a fluffy version of XP with a few extra (and rather pointelss features). Wait until they drop the price down.
