    That is a vile suggestion.

I meant that our natural allies are fellow Europeans.

I would say that less than 20% of people in the UK are actively pro-EU. About 30% are strongly anti. The difficulty is that the remaining 50% is mostly made up of people that are pretty against what the EU stands for, but will reluctantly vote to stay.

If there were no financial consequences of leaving, I reckon the leave camp would win by 70:30. As it is, the remain camp will probably win 55:45.

This means that we will stay in an institution that most of us do not want to be in. So the issue will continue to fester for years to come.

I think you need to add in the Borris factor which will result in 51% vote to exit.

Now, if you really believe that, you can make a lot of money at the bookies......

I am afraid that no amount of reminiscences about whiff-whaff and how leaving the EU will not stop us sampling the delights of the tartiflette will bring sufficient waverers on board.

Yes you guessed it ,Germany .
Not only do Germany want to rule Europe financially but now military .
My vote is firmly on the " leave" and I hope and prey that the majority of voters do the same .
