In stead of depending on a prophalaxis, try meditation. If your capable of that kind of one pointed mindfulness, you can achieve all the calm you want. Please do not misunderstand my intentions in using myself as an analogous situational person, but over a pretty long lifetime I have been confronted with several life threatening situations. I have (difficultlymost often) managed to attain a state of mind I found beyond my expectations on most occassions. No easy solutions, but the ability to cope in an able and efficient manner. What can you lose trying?

I heard somewhere that going to the bog, and doing the old five finger foxtrot relieves stress.....I guess it isn't true, as Cashthetrash was always stressed.
