I think it's clear that the kid is a good kid and means well, but he has no game whatsoever. He doesn't know the ways to the female affections so we must truly give him a hand.
Dr Strangelove I must say that I don't think that money will cut it. The thing he lacks must come from within so this is why this thread is getting started.
So without further ado here comes my piece of advice: Don't sell yourself short. Talk the talk and walk the walk. You gotta believe that you're the man, and if you don't belive it just giving the impression can work too. Flaunt it and the you'll get it.
If that don't works just be quirky. It seems to work for me. 😕 Don't ask me why cause I don't get it myself.

Do you want the PFC to ban him so he'll devote more time outside?
What Whitehall fails to see in him, I don't know. He may not be all genteel-like, but you're not like to find a better lookout or a gun crew captain.
Stephen, the bottle stands by you. Ho, Killick, there! Cut along with some toasted cheese, if you please.

It is true, I have absolutely no idea what I should be doing, I am clueless.

Not "the men", but "da man". Women like confident man. You can be cocky, but you must have something to back it up. For instance you can't act like you're a Casanova while you're a dweeby-doofus. But hell if you're a Casanova at heart act like one.
So find what you have that sells you better and then just go over the top with it.
Do you have any ideas now?
