Nothing really, or more I don't know. I didn't even know cont +alt +delete untill last night. All I've done for maintenance is an ad aware scan and a norton scan once a week.

Alright it says for security check I'm at risk for Hacker exposure risk. It says to get a firewall but I have one. 😕
Apparently I have 3 open ports. But it doesn't say how to close them.

Sorry, I meant try the other link, the system scan, to see what nasties are on there. It gives instructions on how toremove them if there are any. It takes a while though.

I'm doing both. Somethings obviously wrong. I'd just like to find out what. So are you saying having these three ports open aren't a problem?

Open ports are always a security problem. They are a way in and out of your PC. They mean that certain applications are communicating via your Interenet connection. I'm not entirely sure how to close them directly, but if you can find out if there are any naughty programs doing things they shouldn't on your PC, then eradicate them using removal tools or techniques, then these ports will close. Just run the scan and see what it comes up with for now.

Note: there is a program called CWShredder that will kill all coolweb variants, ones that Spybot misses.

Also search for "HiJack This" another great spyware removal program.
