Listen, rabid cricket fan - It was a joke. I have watched a fair amount of cricket, it's not for me, that's ok. So is the fact that you obviously love it. I find cricket dull. The matches are too long, not enough happens, and if you're going to play baseball (which is also dull) you might as well have more than two bases. Resorting to personal attacks doesn't really do much for your part of the discussion.

Unless it was that the reference to sweater-vests offended you, in which case you're probably gay. 😀
