I like dogs.

Good-humoured ~ vivacious even, tenacious/combative, he suffers fools gladly [and sometimes tirelessly] but does so in a kind of doesn't-suffer-fools-gladly kind of way, pretentious-free ~ completely genuine and candid ~ to the point of heart-on-his-sleeve many a time, thoughtful and self-reflective, analytical perhaps ~ a people-watcher, he's also dependable and caring when it comes to those he is close to, and for my money he's one of the all-time key characters that make up the texture and storied tale of this website.
