you all have it wrong... its the money, theres more money in busting some kid w/ a $200 ticket plus $50 court fee, if 1 cop gives out 8 tickets a week, multiply that by how many cops are in the u.s, = alot of money... its a cat and mouse game thats all, and that goes for any illegal substance, and you know what the gov does to "help" peaple addidcted to drugs? put them on methadone(instead of havin peaple buy illegal drugs, they "help" them by giving methadone to them that if funded by insurence companies, figure why not get the money than watch it get traded by "drug dealers"

The right to pursue happiness is generic, and doesn't include specifics. If it were to be interpreted very broadly, then all laws would be eliminated because some people's pursuit of happiness includes stealing, murder, etc. Where are you drawing the line?
