I can tell when I'm having frustration or anxiety dreams. Funny this thread came up now as just the other morning I was lying in bed thinking about dreams and the thought occurred to me that maybe dreaming is the way the brain keeps itself alive. Kind of a re-start to keep itself from shutting down completely. Followed by death.
