We currently have about -7C, a windchill of -17C, and plenty of ice and snow. I think it's the coldest February since I have moved here (seven years ago). Definitely winter.

This morning was -20 C, windchill of -28.

We had about a foot of snow on the ground as well.

I just put my dog out and she was walking across the snow in the back yard about 50 feet from the house when she fell through the surface and I had to go dig her out. There’s about 3 feet back there!

Swartz Creek, Michigan (50 miles NW of Detroit).
8 degrees F w/ wind chill below zero tonight; it's supposed to warm up tomorrow - maybe get up to 18 F.

Not much snow here, but the blowing wind and low temperatures have caused a large percentage of apartments here to have frozen water lines. I've had to turn on the exillerary heater by the entrance door to keep the pipes from freezing, but that warmed the ground enough below my entrance door that it 'lifted' and now I can't get the door open. 😠 I'm a prisoner in my own home. 😳
