when I upload them to my computer they come in as avis. After that I usually make them mpgs.
You can drop your MPEGs right into Animation shop, and save the frames you like, and export to a gif file.
The program is about 99 bucks, the price of 2 good games. Very worth it when Photoshop is near 1000 bucks.

Now back to the topic.... Got up to 90F/32C here today. Had to turn the AC on and have a quick dip in the pool to cool down around lunchtime.
