Originally posted by PhlabibitMy version: Fry the egg(s), break the yolk, fry in olive oil, with the electric burner only at 5, let it cook slowly, sprinkle with pepper, a couple minutes on that side, turn over, slice a couple slices of Jarlsberg cheese, put them on top of eggs, have Evans Farm or Thomas brand link sausage, which you had been boiling in a frying pan, about a 1/4 inch of water, when the water boils off, the center should be cooked, now add olive oil to fry, also at 5 or lower, let them brown.
Yes, Egg Sandwich. You heard me right.
Egg over easy.
Sausage patty.
Swiss Cheese.
Mayo.
Frank's Red Hot.
On an English Muffin.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Enjoy.
Meanwhile, brewing Constant Comment or Irish Breakfast or English Breakfast tea, Put some Arnold brand Health Nut bread in toaster, when done, butter them, take the egg/cheese, put one on one slice, put on a few browned links, eat it as an open face sandwich, that way you can have two sausgage/egg/cheese sandwiches with only two slices of bread,
A really great quick breakfast!
