Ah. I've seen "egg salad" before but never really knew what it was. When I see egg salad, I'm thinking lettuce, tomato, carrots and sliced, hard-boiled eggs.
We just call these egg-mayo sarmies.
Therefore we have bacon lettuce and tomato, grilled cheese, peanut butter and jelly etc

Great value for money, if you can eat it all. My wife spent 30 mins eating a salad and after she had finished, the waitress came over and asked if there was anything wrong with it, as it looked as though she hadn't touched it!
Mexican, chinese and italian restaurants were fantastic as well. Looking forward to our next visit in 2012, probably Arizona, where we have also had some great holidays.
