Ever since the Rose revolution, things have been improving dramatically. It's really absurd to consider it one of the top 10 dangerous destinations. Georgia is doing better than the majority of other nations in the Caucasus in most indexes, from economic to political ones.

So, no not even in mid-2004 would I say Georgia was even near a top 10 Most Dangerous Destination.
