Sticking foreign objects into the seizure victims' mouth is not a good idea.

My mom has epilepsy, never seen her spas out before though...

That's what some people used to think they should do (the cramming of something between the teeth) to keep from the biting off of the tongue, right Sunburnt?

Although I've lived in some places where they might still do that stateside, so it's a fair question.😞

I had a dog a couple of years ago that had epilepsy. I watched him die of a fit, 'bout cried my eyes out. Tough stuff to be sure.

To be fair, the guy who witnessed the fit had no idea what to do, and took a picture of the poor sod as he was flailing about, so he could show the nurse what happened.....The guy was fitting on a concrete floor, with debri everywhere, and all his mate could think of to do was to capture the moment on his phone hahaha 😛
