Yes, that sounds much better...a nice soft potato chip. I often leave the bag sitting open for weeks on end before I make pizza.

😞
Its not like just eating a chip thats been left out for weeks. Its a fresh chip that becomes part of the pizza. Perhaps you should give it a try someday.

OK, you're on. I'm going to Pizza Pizza today for lunch, I'll get a bag of regular chips and a slice. I'll give you my full report when I get back.

Ok, thanks, but I highly recommend sour cream and onion or something else with a flavor you enjoy.

They don't make taco pizza where you're at?

Crust + marinera sauce + lettuce, nacho cheese, diced tomatoes, and crushed nacho cheese doritos.

As I suspected, that was a terrible lunch. Here are the details:

1 slice of pepperoni pizza from Pizza Pizza, cut into halves
1 43 g bag of Lay's Classic potato chips
1 591 mL bottle of Aquafina demineralized treated water

I put some slightly crushed up chips on both halves to start with, and ate one while the other "rested". Like I knew was going to happen, the crunchy chip texture scratched up my palette like a thousand tiny scimitars. Non-plus. After I got through that one, I started on the second slice. These chips were slightly less crisp because they had been sitting on the pizza, but they were still sharp enough on the edges to be annoying. Add salt to the equation, and the unpleasantness of this meal becomes clear.

Furthermore, the chips added little in the way of flavour. I can imagine it tasting a bit better if one were to add a more "colourfully" dressed chip, but fake flavoured salt isn't really my bag.

In short, I'm never doing that again. I likes my chips on the side where I can sees 'em.

Ditto.
