I am now 15th in the que to speak to Norton support.....for the Third time ðŸ˜
My live update keeps showing an error 5 when it tries to update, but the support tem seems incapable of fixing it. I bought online and downloaded direct, so i cant even take their piece of crap back to the store....i am not amused ðŸ˜

BTW, when you finally realize that you HAVE to get rid of Norton (before losing all data on your hard drive), you will have to go to the Norton site and d/l their special program to remove it. It's impossible to remove by just uninstalling and deleting.
