was a slogan from the British government at the outset of WW2.

Hence the little crown.

KEEP CALM and ************* are all over the place.

It has been proven time and again that some humans will have access to ethanol no matter what (has something to do with ethanol being a by-product of biological activity 😉 ).

A thirteen year old who is hell bend on getting some ethanol will be able to get some regardless. In prisons people make their alcohol using fruit or vegetable. The net is stock full of recipies.
But actually I doubt that 13 year olds on this site will try to look up recipes for beer 😲
