Hmm, what better way than to let off a bit of gas, by catching it in a jam jar ! Seal it tightly whilst upside down.... do not lift it upright !!! Then make a label, and note the gas contents, for instance it might be Pickled Egg and Bombay Duck the previous night 😀 so then after sealing and labelling it can be neatly and conveniently stored in a cupboard with all the others 🙂
So nice on those cold,dark Winter nights to invite a friend around and suggest ' Fancy a vintage old Boy , Ah here's one'
to which he might reply
'I say, Bombay Duck and Pickled egg, about 6 months old, Oh well here we go ' 🙂
Just think of the aromas you could offer 😉
