Where I found in my cell a glass waiting for me
So I filled what was empty and I pulled up a stool
But he stood in the corner, the old devil wouldn't move
He said, "You drink when you're lonely." No I drink when I want!
He said, "You'll never be sober." Sure. Why would I want that?
I only drink to be merry but unfortunately
I'm in the wrong prison cell and the wrong company

Agreed about the alcohol, not sure about the non-alcoholic equivalents, I haven't tried most of those. I am fine with tea, water and hot chocolate.
Originally posted by HolyTOkay, I thought you were talking about alcohol-free wine or beer. I have no idea what a slurpee is, sounds funny.

Originally posted by NordlysI'm not a fan of non-alc beer. Not sure about the non-alc wine. "Slurpee" is actually a trademarked name of a slushy, icy, flavored fountain drink sold by 7-11 stores. "Icee" is another company's trademarked name for the same thing. I'm not sure what the generic name would be. Imagine a slushy, icy margarita with no alcohol.

If I must drink spirits, I prefer decent single malt Scotch, as does adramforall 🙄
In the beer department, I currently prefer Hoegarrden on tap and Innis & Gunn Oak-Aged Ale 😛
