I don't understand any of the stuff. I wish there was a FAQ to go to. It seems like a lot of stuff is there, but what is it, how do you access it, someone who knows please explain for us less knowledegable than you. It would be greatly appreciated.

Get firefox [firefox is a browser like internet explorer but without the crap that comes with it]
Get the extension "Greasemonkey" from the firefox add-ons site.
Go to murl from Regnork's post.[location]
Install the scripts you want from there
and/or
Get the RHP extension. [at the top left of that page]
