I have roughly 50 acres of land to sell in Athlone. I'm looking for the best estate agent to sell it. They will have to be nationwide (maybe global) It has been approved by the local authority to have property built on it (planning permission). This would be an ideal opportunity for a development company. With that amount of land, it would be able to produce a small estate of houses.

If anyone could provide me with a national estate agent that might deal with this then I would be greatly appreciated.

(possible HBH, Cad, Trev??)

Cheers

Sorry mate I dunno, however I don't think you will do well googling for estate agents, I believe all land/house sales are dealt with by auctioneers, try googling "land auctioneer athlone".

Just curious. What do you think your property would be worth, in US dollars?

50 acres x £750'000 x 2
=
roughly 75m USD.

Is that correct?

Unless your land is in Athlone town centre, i think you're away with the fairies mate. The county next door (Roscommon) has the lowest house prices in Ireland....If our land was in Dublin now, then you'd be laughing 😛

Already had an estimate.

The land is within 5 miles for the town centre and what a great town it is!!
