More seriously, look up stuff by DJ Vadim. He's excellent and he'll lead you to some other stuff. Also La Caution or TTC are also interesting. If you also like turntablist DJs, try Birdy Nam Nam.
Edit - I don't like what is usually meant by French Hip-Hop, though.
