Am I the only one here who likes makeup and (especially) high heels?! On women that is. Though I've seen guys who looked cool with makeup I suppose.
The makeup needs to be done right of course. Maybe your friend wasn't good at applying it.

I find all that clap-trap about looking natural vs looking false completely absurd.
What's false about wanting to look sexy? If every women and men went around in tracksuits and neither shave any body parts life would be much less interesting.
If you want to put make-up, perfect. If you don't, perfect. Just the natural vs false bull reeks of intolerance and prejudice.
PS: I extend the natural vs false reasoning to breast implants or anything people want to do to their bodies. Strangely enough, some people who agree to the first part, blatantly disagree with applying it also to breast implants. I think there's something hypocritical about it, after all it's about personal freedoms.

I like women who know what makes them look good and what fits with their character. I don't like sluts, but I like demur, sassy and sleek. I don't like slobs, but I like simple, realxed and casual. All sorts, as long as it works.
Rest assured you're not the only one.
