I have a 97 suzuki alto, and the engine is sound. I can also jet in and out of three lane roundabouts better than anyone in a gas guzzling penis extension (but that's another days work). I plan to get a yaris when i finally pass my test.

I'm putting €50 a week by, so that i can save for one, it'll take a few years, but my car only has 46,000 on the clock, so i don't need to change.....and who buys brand new anyway, that's just throwing money down the drain.

Rented one once. An Auto. Drove it from Heathrow to Birmingham. Near home, long, straight stretch with an annoying crossroads in the middle. Lights on red. 3AM. Pressed the 'Sport' button. Selector in 1. Lights Amber. Nailed it. Dented the floor. Sod-all around, so looking at the watch & speedo. 37 second, it hit 45. Road ended. Brakes cr&p. 3 wheels, wrong way at roundabout.
NOT a good "Automobile". Even the US could make a better one.
And by the way -- it's still a Datsun underneath.

Or trucks. I've had european, american, and japanese vehicles. The Japanese vehicles are the most reliable of all of them.

What cover have you got? If you have fully comp, it will be an extra 200 quid for a day to let you out in it. I'll cover half if you r serious, cos it's a complete joy! Shattifyingly bummatious!
