You do know that all guns are loud right? Pull the trigger, go bang, ring any bells?

Ask a Roman! 😉

Portugese is excluded. Anyway, here in the US we use the Spanish-speaking definition for our census. The word hispanic is language-based. I think that the Puerto Rican guy at my old job considered it different because he felt there was a distinction between Latino and Spanish. I understood his meaning. It's a broad term, I agree.

The blast of a revolver is worse to the shooter then is a semiauto loader? I have fired a 22 rimfire a 38 special and a 357 magnum from a revolver. The blast from the revolvers were worse then the blast from a 12 gauge magnum shootgun a 30/06 Springfield a 280 Remimgton and a 30/30 Winchester. I figure that a semiauto loading pistol will be easier on the shooter's hearing. I was infront of a 12 gauge magnum one time when it was discharged and took quiet a bit of muzzle blast from it. I have on occasion felt the deafening ringing blast from a firearm.

You think that a semiauto loading pistol will blast the shooter just as bad as a revolver does? I do think that the revolver blasted me worse then did the center fire rifles.

It is not hard to live through a muzzle blast. I was about ten feet to the front and five feet to the left of the muzzle when it was discharged.

A semi-automatic will have less felt recoil than a revolver of the same caliber as the action of the slide will absorb some of the recoil. The noise will, however, be comparable (exceptions include muzzle porting and heavy frame revolvers).

you can't go wrong with a kitchen knife. For a start, you can easily claim you just 'had it in your hand' when they guy kicked down your front door. Mind you... i do sit most nights looking at the door handle, rocking backwards and forwards and grinding my teeth while thinking, "should i use a vegetable peeler just for the pain, or a regular meat knife because it'd slide in easier?"

In the U.S I guess you might as well get a gun. Get organised and make sure it's legal.... if you're in doubt, ask your local police force what they would recommend for home protection.

Of course, in the UK it's risky defending yourself in case the burglar sues you for bodily harm. Although i suppose they're a lot less likely to have a gun themselves. Swings and roundabouts.... i guess... wheres my dinner...?

Not so much, just imagining that that's kind of the point of having a gang--fighting somewhat as a team. And thus, they likely wouldn't be too forgiving if you whack one of their guys.
No. The gang doesn't fight as a team.

The gang preys on the weak as a team.

I'm not too forgiving of them either, so I guess that makes us even.

Nah, I'm a professional. We can't tag up our faces like the ghetto trash do. Anyway that fool's a Nazi. I'm not.

But a Don't Tread on Me flag would be cool...
