What? Me make her lunch?
I don't know how to use that
microwave oven.

I'm from England, see?
There we just boil things to death
and say, "It's lovely."

Honestly I've tried.
But I just can't work out how
to cook properly.

But there are some things
I can prepare perfectly
like English breakfast.

Bacon and eggs with
Sausages and black pudding,
Mushrooms, beans and toast.

I like marmalade.
Some folks prefer Marmite though,
Anyway there's toast.

As for cereals,
Cornflakes, pops or Weetabix,
No Shredded Wheat though.

I can't stand that stuff.
Tastes like wire wool and crap!
How can folk eat that?

I had a müsli:
Rolled oats, apple, banana,
Some almonds, and milk.

Eggs, spuds - all mixed up?
Little crispy bits are good
Mashed bits are better

What is for pudding -
is there any chocolate
or maybe ice-cream?
