Hey, as long as I'm talking to myself anyway...

Chess club after school today. Instead of bringing the second graders in a few at a time, I'm letting them all start today -- especially since this may be the last year of chess club. So instead of it being grades 3-8, it'll be 2-8.

My question -- anyone want to take bets on from which grade a student will beat me? I don't know who I'm playing this afternoon yet -- I'll see when I get there. Hopefully it won't be a third or fourth grader. 😳:'(😞

I don't believe in God, even though I once saw him when I was a child. He was a rather ugly, gnome-like creature. I knew with absolute certainty it was God. But if it came up on a survey, the answer would be no. 😉
