One handed is impossible for me, its not just strength needed, its balance.
Clapping isnt that hard, all you need to do is arch your back and clap really fast and no more (noticable) upward force is needed, its just catching youself on the way down that tires you out faster..
Im not going to say how many of them i can do though, no one would believe me.. 😉😛
The post that was quoted here has been removeddepends on how long ago...if it was recent, you'd probably maintain it...but if you haven't done anything for months you would definitly be weaker.
My record is 280 throughout 1 day 🙄
3 sets of your max potential (for me, 3 sets of 40-45) each day helps alot.

Calpping my hands i tred but don't remember how many i did. But I suppose they were just a few...
With my hands touching the first time i did it I hit with my mouth on the floor. Going down is really hard that way. But then I did it prepared and could pull something like 10.
