I have to be nice! Two of my own and two guests (never again, one at a time, if there is a next time). I've told them to use their quiet voices if they wake the sleeping giant he'll be tired for work in the morning and that means grumpy.
One tried to laugh quietly but it was too funny for them all πŸ˜•

One is asleep now (hurray!)

Clock

lets them stay up until 4 and then wake them at 6. you'll never have to worry about it again.

Pull a fuse out of your switch board and pretend it's a powercut.

Try using, uh, you know, parenting skills.

Tell the kids they can play for 15 more minutes and then its bedtime. If they don't like it, turn the game off tell them you are the parent, they are the kid, and now it's time to do what they are told. If they still don't listen, the sleepover kids get a ride home immediately and your kids are grounded.

When did parenting become so hard?

Have them listen to Blackamp, that should put them to sleep inside 10 minutes. πŸ˜‰

Second thought, have a mod go over the posts first.

I don't want to be mean. I've told them 5 more minutes, then it's time to go to sleep. But they don't seam sleepy, still excited. I'm exhausted I just cleaned up all the toffee popcorn, surprisingly horible mess that stuff makes!

toffee popcorn + late night + friends together for a night = not going to sleep anytime soon.

trust me, let them stay up for as long as they like and then wake them up at 6am.
