Consider it a lesson in time controls - Don't offer games with controls longer than you are willing to wait. You have two options: 1 - leave him to time out and take the skull, or 2 - resign and take the loss.

Move the game to a folder you never open and forget it exists.

My sympathy. I have one like yours. I beat him the first game we played. Now he is getting even, taking the maximum time to move. Put the person on the ""YOU MAKE ME SICK IN THE STOMACH LIST"πŸ˜›

Why don't you put this into the posers and puzzles forum? I'm sure the answer isn't difficult.

It's already in TWO forums, does it really need to be in a THIRD?πŸ˜•

maybe we should ask Russ to place a permanent statement about this scenario in the FAQ since it appears every few days in the forums?

Probably won't work, they evidently can't read or they'd realize this is a correspondence chess siteπŸ˜‰

At least there is a blitz option we can direct the braindeads to now when they start complaining
