I see your side of it (let people prove themselves the idiot), but it's just not what Russ wants for his site. Private forums are nice that way, you can talk about anything you like. Proving a people are stupid isn't anything I have an interest in... but I don't mind a dirty joke or some BOOBS once in a bit.

Outright denegration of a race, running around spouting racial slurs, and making offensive statements would probably not convince many people.

It would be much more insidious to create a character and imbue that ficitious persona with a bunch of negative stereotypes.

Since we allow the latter, why not the former? Is that what you are asking?
