Private forums are nice that way, you can talk about anything you like. Proving a people are stupid isn't anything I have an interest in... but I don't mind a dirty joke or some BOOBS once in a bit.
It sounds like a great opportunity for them to demonstrate their stupidity. Do you seriously think anyone would be convinced by that crap? In a free forum of ideas/debate they would get their head handed to them. It seems far better to me to defeat them in that manner, rather than censoring them and driving those ideas underground.
Speaking of BOOBS, where is No1?

If you are habitually targeting a single individual for abuse of any type and they've made it clear that it's unwelcome, that should lead to consequences. I would say that there is a distinction, in that the lone individual is alone in trying to fight back against this. It would be much more insidious to create a character and imbue that ficitious persona with a bunch of negative stereotypes.
Since we allow the latter, why not the former? Is that what you are asking?

But that's all irrelevant for the context of these forums and the particular case of Luck. Racially insulting material is in breach of the TOS that we all agreed with.

Yes, I'm familiar with the use of quotation marks. I wasn't aware that using them made it OK to use otherwise forbidden words. Thanks for clarifying that.
I also enjoy the paradox of statements like "Don't say 'kaffir'".
