What else did you expect?
Good luck with the hangover and be sure to eat one banana, in parts, over the next hour, and eat one small bowl of yoghurt, also slowly, and be sure to stack that bowl with lots of sugar. That, next to sleep, will help a lot. If you still feel bad in three hours, just lay down on your bed, eyes closed, and listen to very soft, very quiet, but really good music. Don't look in bright light too much.
You'll do fine, I'm sure. 🙂

Originally posted by Bad wolfa lot of it has to do with how much, when and what you've eaten before. then there's tolerance level as well, going up & down. after a long break you'll get smashed drinking half of what you used to.
But how would I know when I've reached that point, short of knowing it when I've thrown up? I've drunk more and not thrown up though, so that threw me off...😕
over time, you'll develop a feel to it, maybe even some dicipline (not necessarily if you're not the type). but being drunk being what it is, there's always going to be those occasional ungodly extreme benders. you plan to take just a few with the guys, one thing leads to another, you get carried away, and suddenly you realize you can't tell your name.
