Kid, listen. Don't listen to advice that starts with "kid, listen".

It's not unusual to be questioning at your age. And it's not unusual to have a limited number of relationships either (especially if you play chess 😉). It's not a bad thing though, it just means you have more time to find out what you want in a partner and more time to mature for your future ones, which will probably make them more serious.

- Ind ...[text shortened]... I'm not comfortable with this idea so no I guess, nothing will change my mind I'm afraid
If you want a general idea of how you'll get in a relationship, you should look at what you want in a partner. I wanted a friend, which is how ark and I started out almost two years ago. And maybe you won't be in a relationship 10 years from now, but you've got your whole life to find someone special. My uncle is 56 and single, but I always admire his independence and happiness in being single.

Maybe the problem is she didn't feel like she knew you well enough then. Being comfortable and feeling safe around your partner is the most important thing. Just try to get to know her better until you gather up more confidence to ask her out again, or talk with her about it. Plus, if you become really good friends, she'll talk about what she wants in a partner with you.

- Awww, you and ark, how sweet. 🙂
Yeah, that's true.

- But I'm sure your uncle has had lots of relationships, and from that he was able to decide how he wanted to live his life, single or not; I haven't done that, I don't know what I want...

- Let me make myself clear here: no, I will not do that, not in this case anyway, sorry, that's my decision and I'm sticking to it.
