I have seen people banned and or warned just for making a joke about a Catholic Irish Priest. ( a white guy) And yet this obvious poking on Blacks as socially horrible as it is, become debatable? Give me a break this is blatant.
It makes no difference who the Black man is and what his image is about. If it isn't about racial issues then why fight it? The real reason it because it is.
