Yes, that would be racist. I wouldn't taint the rest of the BWA because of that, though.

In darvlay's clan forum.

there were many other comments as well and equally offensive.

Yep. Saying they are racist would imply all of the BWA are racists. I don't think they are.

Not that I condone whatever comments were made but it is a PRIVATE forum.

this is an interesting point.

1. a group acts to perpetuate negative racial stereotypes.

2. members of that group act in an overtly racist way

can we legitimately defend the rest of the group?

(However, I will give you this. I am sure there are members of the BWA who aren't racists. As well as some who have deluded themselves into thinking they are just pretending to be racists.)

I haven't named any names. And while I agree that private forums should be private that argument was fought on the GF when comments from the TSM forum were published and the privacy argument lost.

Those comments had nothing to do with the BWA modus operandi. I don't their MO makes them racists because I truly think they don't intend it to be racist. However, I can see how some people might feel offended at this and would prefer if they dropped it.

It won't be long until censored groups in internet (like racists) will discover the RHP privates forum heaven.

And, on top of that, a very permissive public forum.

The whole black face pasquinade is patently offensive.

The fact that one of the leading provacaturs came out as a blatant racist ends all doubt in my mind.

continue to defend them if you like.
