The one type of food that I could eat every day. Nan bread, chicken in yellow curry, the spinach with the goat cheese..... Oh great, now I have to get dressed and drive 45 minutes to the nearest Indian place.

The best I ever ate was a little place on the north side of Hyde Park real near the White Swan pub (just Swan now?).

Some of the dishes served here in Texas, especially the veggies, are almost cool to the taste. Not talking about spicey, but the actual physical tempature as you bite into it. Is this traditional?
