I'm working on lucid dreaming actually. Just think of the possibilities if you
can control your own dreams. That'll be great. I'm sure I can do it too, it just
takes some practice.

I guess, I have a freind who used to say she could change her dreams.
I had a recurring dream years ago and being able to change that would have been good.
But don't you like that they take you on a jounery, and the not being incontrol of that?

Like you said. Some dreams are worth being in control of. There are dreams
that you know could have been so much better if you only had control. Like
flying out of the top of a building? That's great! But what if you didn't have
to fall like a freaking meteor directly afterwards, but could soar up there in
the skies forever? That'd be awesome. I wanna do that. I really do.

Well when you put it like that yes it would be good, but what then would be the difference between you dreaming the day over, to you day dreaming?
You're dreams sound great btw. I'm not sure I've remembered a dream for a long time- I won't say that I haven't drempt, because we all dream in 'rem' sleep but I haven't remembered any- or maybe I haven't awoken at the right time......

That's the beauty of it! I can "day dream" in my sleep, and hopefully
accomplish more of the things I want to do in the daytime. Perfect
solution for any busy person with lots of thoughts and ideas running
through his head, right?

Also, I imagine I may actually be able to do some of my writing in my
sleep. You know? Soaring among seagulls high, high above the sea and
write my crappy poems at the same time. Oh, that'd be a hoot.

A lot of people don't remember their dreams. I often don't remember
them either. Don't know why this is, really. My dreams aren't always so
great though. I have really crappy dreams sometimes, the kind I'd really
like to gain control over. One of them involves me being a little mouse,
caught in a trap with the cheese just out of reach, because for some
reason the trap is so big, that even though I'm caught in it, the cheese
is almost in the horizon, yet "just" out of reach. If I could control that
dream, I'd make cheese of the entire trap.

Ooor, not be a mouse. Hm...

What I wouldn't give to at least forget that dream. 😕

My good dreams are fun, but the bad ones are almost always to coolest, most surreal and interesting ones.

I don't think I'd like to drop the bad ones altogether.
