Your comments about poles working here is total rubbish! my girlfriend is Polish and there is no 1000 pound payment when they return in fact for the first 2 years they have to pay are tax and national insurance and pay taxes to the polish government as well.
People are just scared because these sorts of worker are not afraid of work and will do the rubbish jobs most dole and benefit cheat cant be as*ed too.
They are not a lazy race and I have been to Poland a few times now and can confirm all they want from us is to earn some cash and go home - if Germany relax there visa/work permit laws which they intend to do shortly then most will go there.
There are lot more lazier/benefit grabbing English born people in the UK that should be out working! there are no excuses.
There are 2 guys who work with me who have MS and are wheelchair bound but still do a full days work and are very hard working people - if they wanted too they could sit at home and claim benefits etc but they choose not too - so look at the real lazy people before you start pointing the finger
