Or are the forums very off and on? As in, load one minute...won't load the next. I assume something to do with them being down so long earlier?

Yes, often they won't load for me either... going to be kind of ironic if you can't recheck on this thread then....

Sometimes when the site gets updated or debugged, some features such as forums shut down until repairs or updates are completed. Now forums should be up and running, otherwise I wouldn't be able to post this. In other words, as of 8:09 PM EST on November 28, the forums are working. Just thought I'd straighten that out with you.

It's not the kind of "down" for updates or repairs, but I can also confirm this happens. Maybe its just a heavy user load or something on the server end at RHP, but there are times when reading the forums that suddenly nothing will load and everything hangs. It can happen while trying to post a reply, or enter a thread, or enter a forum, etc. Having to wait three or four minutes for the request to go through isn't unheard of on my end. I've wondered if this is one of those data-discimination file-sharing filters that internet providers have put into effect.

I have had the same issues as quoted above only when connecting via my air card. I have never had this problem while connected via DSL unless the site was actually down at the time.
