for me it's War and Peace
I've tried it a couple of times but all the Russian names are confusing
I'm not getting any younger and it won't be any easier
if I don't get around to it within the nest 5 years I'll be scratching it off
what about you?
@torunnsaid @lemondrop There is a TV-series made on that book in 2016, fascinating work. If you don't manage getting through the book.

There are no specific books on my bucket list but there are books I would like to read. What I start reading, I usually finish because it would be a waste of time otherwise. The Russian classics are complicated with all their names. I read some of them when I was younger, wouldn't manage now.
Now there is an idea....I would need one on Openings, middle games, and end games....I know I'd never bother with taking the time to do much studying at this point in my life.
By coincidence, I happen to be tackling one of my bucket list books at this time.
I acquired one of the older Kindle eReaders in a stack of electronic widgets I bought, and I downloaded some classic books from Project Gutenberg, so now after thinking about it for many years, I'm actually reading "The Art of War" by Sun Tzu.
