All sounds reasonable. To be honest I'm finding I'm more worried about Zambrotta picking up a yellow. It'd be a great shame for him to miss the final. As for Germany, well Verona is, as always, full of Germans so I'm expecting an emotional couple of hours tonight. After the last win the Italians drove round sounding their horns. I understand they disturbed the opera in the roman amphitheatre.

First 10 minutes have looked good so far.

I'm quite pleased to see a ref letting play go on and not stopping the game and booking everyone as soon as someone falls over. 😛

I don't think Italy are much better - Germany have had some good play but have yet to get more than one solid chance. At least it's not a boring semi-final (so far....).

Forza Italia. I predicted they would become world champions. Ofcourse, because I'm dutch, I hope Germany will lose bigtime. 😉

Italy has the edge, Germany has had the best chance so far (Schneider). Looks promising for the second half.
