Actually to move away from being so damn serious, let me share with you the story of the Dutch Lorry driver arrested on the M180 in my Force area.
He was stopped because a traffic officer saw him swigging whiskey from a bottle whilst talking on his mobile phone.
He blew positive at the roadside, and came into the charge room whilst I was custody sergeant.
He blew 179. This is the highest I have ever known in 10 years of policing. When I told him he had blown 179, he replied in a thick Dutch accent
"Is that good?"
My warder replied
"Well its nearly 6 times over the limit. Ive known dead people with lower blood alcohol"
He looked at me with blurred eyes and said
"I dont f*** about do I?"
Morale issues aside, I nearly wet myself 🙂

The 156 mph motorist did not kill anyone but yet was jailed. The law says dangerous driving warrants the slammer not killing anyone. In America that probably the case too unless your a celeb.
Did you miss my sarcasm tag, or am I not reading you right?

How can you consider being sarcastic on such a serious issue when the likes of Smaug will take your comments seriously and step over the speed limit?

Honestly, where is the victim in this "crime"
I take a revolver and put one bullet in the chamber and give it a spin.

Next I put it to your head and pull the trigger.

Unfortunately the chamber is empty.

No victim, no crime. Is that right?
