Great shame.

Never heard of the woman before but she fought her illness in the best possible way. What an achievement to do those running events for charity after being informed of her terminal illness.

RIP and sympathy to her children left behind.

EDIT: Yes, it is sad about her dying, but I always thought she spent too long away from her husband, and especially her children, when she went on her fundraising trips. Obviously her choice.
