It would be good to have a list of forum posting bans, showing start and finish date. Then we could see if a poster's improvement is real, or just due to enforced absence.

Before anyone asks why the usual TKC doesn't appear in the August list, during the period July 27 to September 10 he posted three times on August 10 and was otherwise silent. So his maximum possible candidates were only three and the odds were against him.
