LOL, that is what I call the GREAT EXTINCTION. I basically got sick of chess for a month so I resigned almost all of my tournament games, which was about 100. Needless to say, it caused quite a drop in my rating. I'm slowly working back up though.

it almost happend to me once. but instead of quiting them all, i just decided to make moves anyways. without to much thinking. this made it less stressfull, and i actualy ended up wining some of my games. your best off just to make random moves, than your rating wont drop....so drastically.
