I'm somewhat surprised of that verdict - not that I think it is wrong, just that it actually happened. I have never seen anything like that in Sweden.

Is this the first time a prosecuting attorney has ever ‘thought’ of asking how an under age kid got hold of a gun? Good for her I say. So there could be a number of appeals coming up by under age, imprisoned shooters.
