The guy's always been a prima donna, but I think Wenger's tolerated it for lack of an alternative. Now that Almunia's showing he's capable, Lehgirl can rot.

His performances? Did he do it by himself?

I've never really rated Lehmann as a top keeper and I seriously dislike his delusions of grandeur. Remember when he was nagging about Kahn being selected before him? Bah.

I don't think it's all that harsh. Past performances notwithstanding, he should be encouraging the team, not whining about 'being humiliated'. I understand behavior like that from a player half his age, maybe.
